FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS?
1. What services do you offer?
We offer a full range of interior design services, including concept development, spatial planning, colour consultations, material and finish selections, furniture sourcing, custom joinery design, and full project management.
2. Do you work on renovations, new builds, or just styling?
All of the above. Whether you’re building from scratch, renovating an existing space, or simply refreshing a room, we tailor our approach to meet your needs and your home's unique potential.
3. How involved will I need to be in the process?
That’s entirely up to you. We can guide you every step of the way or manage the project on your behalf, including coordinating trades and ordering materials. Our goal is to make the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.
4. What’s the first step if I want to work with you?
Start by getting in touch to book an initial consultation. We'll discuss your vision, lifestyle, budget, and timeline — and outline how we can bring your project to life.
5. How long does the design process take?
Timelines vary depending on the scope of your project. After our first meeting, we’ll provide a clear schedule outlining design phases, approvals, procurement, and implementation.
6. Do you work with existing furniture and décor?
Absolutely. If there are pieces you love or want to keep, we’ll thoughtfully incorporate them into your new design to blend the old with the new.
7. What areas do you service?
We are based in Riding Mill, Northumberland and service surrounding areas. For projects outside this region or remote consultations, please contact us to discuss availability.
8. Can you help with sourcing furniture and finishes?
Yes — and we often have access to trade-only suppliers and bespoke options. We’ll handle the sourcing, ordering, and delivery to ensure a seamless process from concept to completion.
9. When is the best time to get started with interior design for a new build?
The earlier, the better. Ideally, we recommend involving an interior designer during the planning stage — even before finalising architectural plans. Early collaboration ensures that layouts, lighting, joinery, and finishes align seamlessly with your design vision. It also helps prevent costly changes later and allows us to guide key decisions from the ground up.
10. Can you deliver a turnkey solution for rental or holiday let properties?
Yes, we offer full turnkey services for investment properties, rentals, and holiday lets. From spatial planning and interior design to sourcing furniture, appliances, and décor — we handle every detail to get your property guest-ready. Our goal is to create stylish, durable, and functional spaces that attract bookings and deliver a strong return on investment.
