Planning Application: After the design is agreed we then submit to the local planning department and we manage the planning application process to secure necessary approvals.
Building Regulations: After approval, Construction drawings are completed and submitted ready for your builder to give quotation.
Tender: Specification of works gives you a breakdown of the construction process and materials list for your builder to give you an accurate cost breakdown so there are no surprises.
Project management: We can manage the whole project and work with contractors or we can be available to do weekly or monthly site visits to advise you and your builders, with any concerns that arise.
